Esvama is recruiting Senior Sales Manager in Finland/Baltics

We are looking for a proven sales professional, with creative selling skills, to win business with new companies and increase their overall market share within the Finish territory.

Esvama is an independent, locally based polymer distributor and trader, known to our customers for being “fast, efficient and always accessible”.

Primary Function:

The main focus of this role is to develop and grow sales profitably, in line with business plans, within the Finish territory; therefore, the company is looking for a proven sales professional, with creative selling skills, to win business with new companies and increase their overall market share.


Key Responsibilities:

• Executing deals that secure diverse and stable supplies of polymers, according to market demands.
• Developing sales strategies, as well as routes to market, for the entire polymer product portfolio.
• Take a targeted sales approach, generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling.
• Maintain and develop key customer relationships.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Monitor and maintain customer pricing lists and strategy.
• Identify and target new customers and markets.
• Develop new market opportunities.
• Regular written reporting of activities and progress.
• Promote company through customer events, seminars and exhibitions.

Person Profile:

• Excellent skills in English and Finish language (written and spoken).
• Good B2B experience, capable of presenting to customers at an executive level.
• Multi-disciplined background, with entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to achieve business objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• ‘Hands-on’ approach to identifying and managing customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of current operating systems and software.
